The Most Rev. John C. Wester celebrated the annual 8th Grade Mass in the Cathedral of the Madeleine on Oct. 16. In his homily, Bishop Wester told the Catholic school 8th-graders that they should be leaders in their schools, promote unity and prevent bullying.
