Saint Mary 2nd Annual Harvest Festival — Saturday, Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven. Year of Faith — Thursday, Oct. 11, the "Year of Faith" proclaimed by Pope Benedict XVI will open around the world. In the Diocese of Salt Lake City, it will open officially with a "Noon Day Prayer" service at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. The service will be the "Noon Day Liturgy of the Hours" and will be about 30 minutes. All are invited.
Cathedral of the Madeleine Children’s Religious Education — Classes begin on Sunday, Sept. 9. Education registration is available from 9-9:25 a.m. each Sunday in the lower level of the Cathedral in Room 7 for preK (4-year-old) through 12th grade.
