Marian Procession — Sunday, Aug. 17, 9 a.m., beginning at the Old Town Chapel, 121 Park Ave., Park City and ending at Saint Mary of the Assumption Church, 1505 W. White Pine Canyon Road, Park City. Participants recite the rosary and sing songs; the procession culminates with a bilingual Mass about 11:30 a.m. and a reception in the parish center.

Ladies of Charity Barbecue — Sunday, July 6, 12:30-2:30 p.m. at Saint Olaf Catholic Church, 1800 S. Orchard Drive, Bountiful. Food, raffle drawing and family fun. Cost is $22 for a family or $6 for an individual; tickets may be purchased at the door. 

St. Francis of Assisi Bingo — Friday July 11, 6:30 p.m. at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 65 East 500 North, Orem. Cost is $14.

A Day of Reflection — Saturday, July 12, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at Saint Catherine Newman Center, 170 University St., SLC. The retreat will focus on two beatitudes for reflection, discussions, prayer, music and activities. Cost is $10 donation, $5 for students, lunch and snacks included. Youth Ministry Formation Day — Saturday, July 12, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Pastoral Center, 27 C St., SLC. Organ Fest VII — featuring organists from the Salt Lake Tabernacle – Richard Elliott, Clay Christiansen, Andrew Unsworth, Bonnie Goodliffe and Linda Margetts;  and the newly appointed organist at The Cathedral of the Madeleine, Gabriele Terrone. They will present a program in honor of a recently departed colleague, organist Douglas E. Bush. Free and open to the public. The concert will be at The Cathedral of the Madeleine, at 309 E. South Temple in Salt Lake City on Aug. 22 at 8 p.m.
