Diocesan Patroness Celebrated

On July 22, the Solemnity of St. Mary Magdalene, which is the patronal Feast Day for the Cathedral of the Madeleine and the Diocese of Salt Lake City, was celebrated. At the Cathedral of the Madeleine, the Right Rev. Martin Diaz was the main celebrant of the principal Mass. Concelebrants were Fr. Christopher Gray, parochial vicar; Dominican Fr. Augustine Hilander, chaplain in residence at St. Catherine of Siena Parish; and Fr. Brian Nunes, a visiting priest from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Assisting were Deacons Drew Petersen and Deacon Guillermo Mendez.
