Divine Mercy Sunday observances in the diocese

Divine Mercy Sunday is April 11. Several local parishes will have public observances of the devotion to the Divine Mercy, which calls the faithful to reflect on the graces won through Jesus’ life, death and Resurrection. 

Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9757 South 1700 East, Sandy: 3 p.m. – Divine Mercy Stations of the Cross, Adoration and singing of the Divine Mercy Chaplet 

St. James the Just Catholic Church, 495 N. Harrison Blvd., Ogden: 3 p.m. – Divine Mercy Chaplet and Adoration, followed by Mass

St. George Catholic Church, 259 West 200 North, St. George: 3:15 p.m. – Mass

St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 1505 White Pine Canyon Road, Park City: 2 p.m. – Confessions (continuing through Mass), 3 p.m. Chaplet of Divine Mercy, followed by Divine Mercy Mass

St. Thomas More Catholic Church: No formal observance. Parishioners may access the Divine Mercy Chaplet on the parish website, https://www.stmutah.org/divinemercy
