Documentary on the bottled water industry

OGDEN — The Aquinas Institute of Saint Joseph Catholic Schools will present Tapped, a documentary film and discussion in conjunction with the ongoing sustainability projects at the St. Joseph Catholic Schools.
After a screening of the 80-minute film, Dr. Dan McCool, professor of Political Science and director of the University of Utah’s Environmental and Sustainability Studies Program, will moderate a discussion. 
Tapped examines the role of the bottled water industry and its effects on health, climate change, pollution and the reliance on oil.
The mission of the Aquinas Institute is to foster dialog on issues of social justice and environmental ethics, and to create opportunities for academic growth; it is partnering with the Ogden Nature center in sponsoring this event.
