Donald E. Hope

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Donald E. Hope, 89, passed away April 12, 2015.

Hope was a lifetime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 463 Aerie in Corning, Ohio. He  worked for Union Depot, was a mechanic for Sportsman Center and also worked at the Asplundh Tree Company. He retired from Xerox Company. He was a member of Corpus Christi Parish. 

Hope was preceded in death by parents Noah and Agnes; brothers Leo, James, and Bernard; and an infant sister. 

Hope is survived by wife Regina; children: the Rev. Donald Hope, pastor of Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish in Price, Utah; James (Mary) Hope, Sandy (George) Eberts, Donna (Bill) Potteiger, Patrick Hope and Michael Hope; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Cora Hope; nieces; a nephew; and grand-nephews and grand-nieces. 

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Corpus Christi Church.
