Floripa Adeline Diarte

ogden — Floripa Adeline Diarte, 84, passed away July 27, 2015.

Diarte was born on Jan. 31, 1931 to Joe David and Adelina Guiterrez Salazar in Monte Vista, Colo. She married Raymond E. Diarte in 1950 at St. Joseph Catholic Church but were members of Saint James the Just Catholic Church. She worked for Cutters Laboratory, from which she retired after many years.

Diarte is survived by her husband, Raymond; daughter Rita; son David Diarte; brother Bernie (Francis) Salazar; sister Angelina Salazar; nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Tammie Diarte; son Raymond Diarte, Jr.; grandson Steve Diarte; granddaughter Buffy Diarte Rogers; and her six brothers and two sisters. 

A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. James the Just Catholic Church.
