SALT LAKE CITY — George Walter Borland Jr., 67, died March 28, 2013. Borland was born Oct.18, 1945, in Salt Lake City, to George and Dorothy King Borland. He is survived by his mother, daughter Connie Borland, three grandchildren, sisters Judy Schoren and Alta Edwards, brothers Clyde (Cindy) Borland and Terry Borland, and many nephews and nieces. Borland was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Kathy Borland. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
