“My dear friends, these coming three days are special and define who we are,” Bishop Oscar A. Solis said during the Mass of the Lord’s Supper. “We are united in Jesus by our acceptance of loving service. The Eucharist leads us to serve others in imitation of Christ; that is, to wash the feet of one another and to be like Christ himself. It should move us and inspire us to render humble service to one another, not only to transform lives but as well as change hearts and to save souls.”
