Jack passed away peacefully at home with members of his loving family by his side on July 12, 2018.

He was born in Park City to Thomas and Mildred Cashman on July 31, 1936. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Valerie, and four children: Shannon (Fred), Michelle (Chris), Leslie and Patrick (Sheila); eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his son John, his parents and brother Thomas.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Parish. The committal service will follow at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
