Bishop Wester, 

Your presence in the Diocese of Salt Lake City has meant so much to the Knights of Columbus of Utah and, by extension, to all those we serve. 

We welcomed you into our order in Utah, and your presence with us inspired men to join the Knights.  By being such a strong supporter of the Knights and our mission, coupled with your deep love for those in need, it was easier to attract even more men to join our ranks.  

You motivated us all to be better fathers, better men and better Catholics, while simultaneously increasing the breadth and depth of our service.  

Because of this support, your legacy will continue to be felt for years in the Knights of Columbus in Utah, and in the warmth, comfort and assistance we give others.  

We will miss you Bishop Wester, and wish you many more years of service and inspiration to others in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe.
