Lenten Organ Recital — Sunday, March 17 around 5:30 p.m. (immediately following Vespers) at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC, with cathedral organist Gabriele Terrone and organ scholar Andrew Fellow.

Movie: “I Can Only Imagine” — Monday, March 18, 7 p.m. St. Vincent de Paul Parish’s Holy Family Hall, 1375 E. Spring Lane, SLC. Appropriate for children and families. Feel free to bring snacks and a pillow. This movie, starring Dennis Quaid, won “Inspirational Film of the Year” at the Dove Awards.

Penance Service — Wednesday, March 20, 6:30 p.m. at  Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, 3560 West 3650 South, West Valley City. The Sacrament of Confession will be offered in English and Spanish.

Penance Service — Thursday, March 21, 7 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. With Bishop Oscar A. Solis and four other priests. The Sacrament of Confession will be offered in English, Spanish and Tagalog.

Fish Fry — Friday, March 22 at St. Thomas More Parish, 3015 E. Creek Road, Sandy. Dinner served 5:30-7:30 p.m.; doors close at 8 p.m. Adults $9; ages 3-12 $6; 2 and under free. Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Council #11479.

Stations of the Cross & Soup Supper — Friday, March 22, 6 p.m. at Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church, 185 N. Carbon Ave., Price.

Movie: “Quiet Heroes” — Monday, March 25, 7 p.m. St. Vincent de Paul Parish’s Holy Family Hall, 1375 E. Spring Lane, SLC. Appropriate for children and families. Feel free to bring snacks and a pillow. This is the story of Dr. Kristen Ries and Maggie Snyder and their work with AIDS patients at Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City in the earliest years of the health crisis.

Soup Supper — Friday, March 29, 5 p.m. in the St. Rose of Lima Parish social center, 210 Chapel St., Layton. You may bring a soup to share or just come to enjoy the soup and company prior to joining rosary prayers. Sponsored by Knights of Columbus Saint Rose of Lima Council 6010.

Stations of the Cross & Soup Supper — Friday, March 29, 6 p.m. at Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church, 185 N. Carbon Ave., Price.

Men’s Retreat — Saturday, March 30, noon-3 p.m. Hosted by St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 7405 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan. Fr. James Blaine, a retired priest of the diocese, will lead the retreat with the rosary, spiritually enriching presentations, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and the Sacrament of Confession.
