SALT LAKE CITY — Mary Bero Hearley, 91, passed away Dec. 3, 2012. Hearley was born July 20, 1921 in Salt Lake City to Leonard Harry and Mary Dougherty Bero. She married James Michael Hearley on Sept 13, 1958 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Elko, Nev. Hearley was a member Saint Ambrose Parish, the St. Ambrose Altar Society and the Catholic Woman’s League. She graduated from Judge Memorial Catholic High School. Hearley is survived by husband James M. Hearley, sons James M. and John M., sisters Sara B. Shalvoy and Sue B. (Butch) Smales. Hearley was preceded in death by brothers John, Bill and Bob. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church.
