Newell Paul Clark

SALT LAKE CITY — Newell Paul Clark, 85, passed away May 16, 2015.  

Clark was born Jan. 1, 1930 in Georgetown, Idaho to Newell Sirls and Meta Margaret (Wunderly) Clark. He was drafted into the Army and proudly served his country. He married Dee Clark on May 5, 1962. He worked for Mountain Bell for 32 years. He was an active member of Saint Ann Parish, was a member of the Men’s Club and volunteered at the St. Vincent Dining Hall for more than a decade.  

Clark is survived by son Paul (Genevieve) Clark, two granddaughters, sisters Dorothy Russell and Margaret Price, brothers Carl (Thera) Clark and Theodor (Nancy) Clark, and many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by wife Dee Clark, daughter Dena Clark, father Newell Clark, and mother Meta Clark. 

A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Ann Catholic Church.
