Sacred Heart Parish celebrated Father Eugenio Yarce’s eighth year as pastor with a picnic at Sugarhouse Park on Aug. 7. The Most Rev. John C. Wester, Bishop of Salt Lake City, stopped by the event to congratulate Fr. Yarce, who is shown cutting the celebratory cake.
