Happy Anniversary! Father Eugenio Yarce, pastor of Saint Francis Xavier Parish, will celebrate the 23rd anniversary of his priestly ordination on Feb. 22. 

Featured Artists! David Hurtado and Madison Barnard, Juan Diego CHS students, were selected artists featured at Springville Museum’s 43 annual Utah-All State High School Art Competition. Sara Liebrecht took 9th place in the state in the Utah State Senate High School Art Competition.

Smart Cookie! Laurel Housinger, Judge Memorial CHS Class of 2014, made the Dean’s List at Arizona State University. 

A YEARbook to Remember! Golden Moments, Judge Memorial CHS yearbook, has received national recognition with third place honors from the American Scholastic Press Association, annual yearbook competition. 

Passing the Torch! Fr. James Blaine, pastor of Saint Peter Parish, turned over his Knights of Columbus State Chaplain duties to Father Erik Richtsteig, pastor of Saint James the Just Parish. Fr. Richtstieg was presented his jewel of office on Jan. 3 by State Deputy Jerry Hanten.
