Patricia Ann Masse' Sowers (Auntie)

Patricia passed away on Feb. 24, 2019 in St. George, with Roger Phillips by her side. She was born September 5, 1947 to Irene and Robert Masse’ Sr. in Providence, Rhode Island. She married Jacob Scott Sowers; together they had one daughter, Rachael. Later divorced.

She attended and graduated from St. Mary’s of the Wasatch. Afterward, she worked for Arthur Murray Dance Studios as a dance instructor, where she received many awards. Patricia loved to travel. She went many places with Rachael, her family and friends.

Rachael was the joy of her mom’s life. In 2006 Rachael married Josh Resmann, becoming a step-mom to Izabelle. Later Rachael and Josh had two sons, Josh Jr. and Jacob. Patricia adored her grandchildren. They were the world to her.

She is survived by Roger Phillips, Rachael (Josh Sr.) Resmann, three grandchildren, two sisters, four brothers and their spouses, many nieces and nephews, and great- and great-great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister (Marcy) and three nephews.

Patricia loved and was loved by many. She had many great friends that she loved dearly and they loved her. She will be greatly missed!
