July 23, 1927 ~ January 20, 2023

Regina M. Hope, age 95, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Regina was a very faithful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

A long-time member of Corpus Christi Parish of Columbus, Ohio, she is fondly remembered by many for 40 years of Charlie Brown cookies at Corpus Christi and St. Patrick parishes).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Hope; her son Patrick J. Hope; parents and siblings. She is survived by her children Rev. Donald Hope, James (Mary) Hope, Sandy (George) Eberts, Donna Potteiger and Michael Hope; grandchildren Greg (Sara), Allison, Becky (Kyle), Holly (Mitch) and Karl (Rachel); great-grandchildren Michael, Luke, Wade, Greta and Milo; her dear Bingo friends; and a few hardy old friends who are still “Hanging in.”

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 4 at Corpus Christi Church, Columbus, Ohio with Father Donald Hope, celebrant. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
