SALT LAKE CITY — Richard Bazz, 52, passed away in April 2012.

Bazz is survived by daughter Brooke Bazz Park; sisters Kathy (Sonny) Tangaro and Gini Bazz; nieces and nephews.

His life was celebrated in a ceremony at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church.
