Robert Lee Salaz, beloved husband, father, grandfather and son passed away on Oct. 15, 2017 at home of natural causes.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Denise Salaz; one son, Brady Salaz; two sisters, Vickie Samarrae and Darlene Zultewicz; and two grandchildren, Wyatt and Braden.

He was preceded in death by one nephew, three sons, and his mother and father.

Bob graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1965, and served as a Marine in the military thereafter. Bob was a talented painter and enjoyed creating and collecting art.

Services were held Oct. 19 at McDougal Funeral Home in Taylorsville. Interment was at Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
