I am grateful to the Dominican Fathers and Brother for inviting me to dinner last Monday night, February 22. We had communal prayer together and then enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Father Peter Rogers, OP, and ably assisted by Father Peter Do, OP, and Brother Ambrose Sigman. It was good to share some quiet time together and the meal was really fantastic.
Of course, we are all saddened to learn that Father Peter Rogers will be leaving us to become pastor and prior in southern California. He has brought great life and vitality to our local Church and he will be greatly missed by all. Please join me in wishing Father well in his new assignment. I hope he visits us regularly and knows that he always has a home here.
