St. Marguerite Student Recognized

Dylan Phillippi, a fifth-grade student at St. Marguerite Catholic School in Tooele received the April Mayor’s Youth Award from Mayor Debbie Winn. Dylan was nominated for this award by his teacher, Mr. Larsen. Some of the attributes noted in the nomination were that Dylan frequently demonstrates kindness by helping others, he is a great mentor who shares his knowledge with his classmates and helps those who are struggling with math and social studies; and that he is a peace maker (always taking the upper roads during conflicts) and always strives to see the best in others.
