SANDY — On March 8 and 9, St. Thomas More Catholic Parish announced plans for a capital fund drive to its members. The effort will be entitled the “Growing Together in Faith” campaign. Its aim is to raise the funds required to create new classrooms and meeting spaces, renovate our parish hall, atrium, and offices and build a multipurpose and youth center.

A minimum goal of $2,000,000 and challenge goal of $3,000,000 have been set.

The campaign will officially commence with a special kick-off celebration scheduled for March 30, 2008 and will culminate on Commitment Weekend on May 10 and 11, 2008.

Members and select others will be personally visited and invited to support the project before or by then.

Walsh & Associates, Church Fund raising and Stewardship Specialists, a Burnsville, Minnesota based fund raising consulting firm, is providing campaign advice and assistance.
