The American Red Cross of Utah is calling on the community’s generosity to help fund ongoing relief efforts. Locally this past month, the Red Cross of Utah staff and volunteers responded to 15 home fires, assisting 70 residents with immediate needs, and connecting them with community resources to start to recover. Volunteers sought for Eucharistic Rally — Organizers for the July 9 diocesan Eucharistic Rally are seeking volunteers both for the event and also prior to it. Volunteers are needed in each parish to raise awareness in the form of announcements, information tables and information for bulletins. On the day of the event, volunteers are needed to help with hospitality and in the Family Zone as well as with set up, providing directions, assisting with parking, accommodations and ushering.
