Parish Social Ministry Training — presented by national Catholic Relief Services staff. This is a three-part training; no fee to participate. Part 1 will be 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, April 16 at the Diocesan Chancery Office, 303 E. South Temple, SLC.  Parts 2 and 3 will take place June 4 and 18.  All trainings are provided in English and Spanish. Reception for Sr. Karla — St. John the Baptist Parish and Skaggs Catholic Center Schools will honor Sr. Karla McKinnie at the 5 p.m. Mass on Saturday, April 16, at the church, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. A reception will follow.

Madeleine Festival — Sunday, April 17. The Celtic Jazz ensemble SYNKOFA will perform at 8 p.m. in the Cathedral of the Madeline, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. Free and open to the public.
