Kearns-Saint Ann Open House — Friday, Feb. 1 at 8:30 a.m. at Kearns-Saint Ann School, 430 East 2100 South, SLC. All School Mass, followed by a Meet and Greet and tour of the school. Lectio Divina — Saturday Feb. 2 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. Monsignor Terence Moore, will lead a retreat on lectio divina and centering prayer.

Annual Spaghetti Dinner — Saturday, Feb. 2, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Holy Family Parish, 1100 East 5550 South, South Ogden. Sponsored by HFCCW, the dinner features spaghetti, homemade meatballs, with salad and bread sticks courtesy of the Olive Garden. Dessert included. Event includes a 50/50 drawing and gift basket raffle.

Eucharist: A Model for Marriage — Feb. 2, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 3560 West 3650 South, West Valley City. Registration is $50 per couple; includes lunch. Free Showing of "The Way" — Thursday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. at Brewvies Cinema Pub, 677 South 200 West, SLC. This movie has the Camino de Santiago and the transforming power of pilgrimage at the center of the story.

Wish Upon a Star — Saint John the Baptist schools fundraiser, Saturday, Feb. 9 at 5:30 p.m. at the Little America Hotel Grand Ballroom, 555 S. Main St., SLC. Beginning with a silent auction, the evening will also include dinner, live auction and dancing. Dress is business attire. Cost is $70 per person, $140 per couple. Tables are available.
