Cathedral Anniversary — The 30th anniversary of the rededication of the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, will be Tuesday, Feb. 21, with a 6 p.m. Mass. Bishop Oscar A. Solis will preside; Msgr. M. Francis Mannion will concelebrate. A reception will follow.

Benvegnu Lecture — Thursday, Feb. 23, 7 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 E. Spring Lane, SLC. Presenter is Gregory Glenn, the Cathedral of the Madeleine’s director of liturgy and music. He will speak on “The Eucharist: 60 Years After Vatican II.” Free and open to the public.

Open Gallery Night — at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. Friday, Feb. 24, 7 p.m. Learn about the organ and play your favorite tunes on the cathedral’s Kenneth Jones Gallery Organ. Parish Dinner and Games — Friday, March 3, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns. Dinner: $23; includes 18 games. Doors open at 4:30 p.m., dinner at 5:30 p.m. and games start at 6:30 p.m.

First Saturday Devotion — Saturday, March 4, beginning with 9 a.m. Mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9757 South 1700 East, Sandy, followed by potluck breakfast in the church hall and discussion of the First Saturday devotion. All are welcome.

Eccles Organ Festival — Sunday, March 12, 8 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC. Recital by Adam Brakel, St. James Cathedral, Orlando, Fla. The concert will be livestreamed on the Eccles Festival’s YouTube channel.

Founder’s Day Concert — Sunday, March 19, 8 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, SLC, with the cathedral choir and the Choristers of the Madeleine Choir School. Free and open to the public.

The Diocese of Salt Lake City is sponsoring a contest for youth and young adults to tell about their experience with the Eucharist. Categories are essay, poetry, artwork, video, musical compositions and recorded performances. Prizes include a chance to present at the Eucharistic Revival Rally on July 9 at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy. Entry deadline is May 23.
