Judge Memorial Catholic High School sophomore Emmanuel Okongo has been named March’s Bulldog of the Month by the student council. Emmanuel welcomes everyone with open arms and a big smile. He is a lively and extremely funny person to talk to. His compassionate personality shines through him. Emmanuel plays as a strong defender for the Judge soccer team. He is also the captain of the Hummingbird Kickball team and has led them to a successful championship. He plays an important role in BSU and engages in all of his classes. Emmanuel can make you laugh and lift your spirits. He leads his peers with pride. His determination to make things right is an inspiration for others.
