SALT LAKE CITY — The Catholic Foundation of Utah was established in 1984 to receive and hold permanent endowments, to invest these funds, and to use earnings to support Catholic organizations, programs, ministries and facilities in the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City. The purpose of the Foundation is to meet the needs of the Catholic community, both in yearly distribution funds and in long range support for the Diocese of Salt Lake City. In the last 24 years, the Foundation has been encouraging gifts which have an everlasting impact. These gifts, in any amount, large or small, can be added to any existing endowment fund in memory of someone else. With the generosity of the many Catholic families and friends, as well as with the grace of God, we have made it possible for the Foundation to reach out to so many people and make a difference. The Catholic Foundation of Utah is pleased to announce the newly appointed Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees as of January 1, 2008. President: Scott A. Czaja Vice President: Madalyn S. Seaman Secretary: John P. O’Brien Treasurer: Norbert F. Neumann The Executive Committee Chairman is Bishop John C. Wester and the committee includes additional officers of the Foundation. Executive Committee members will serve a two year term.
