Students at J.E. Cosgriff Memorial School have been observing the four weeks of Advent with a special prayer service each Monday morning during the month of December.

Students at J.E. Cosgriff Memorial School have been observing the four weeks of Advent with a special prayer service each Monday morning during the month of December. In addition, they have learned about the rich symbolism and traditions of Advent, including the meaning and history of the Jesse Tree, Gaudete Sunday and  the Advent wreath, as they prepare for the birth of Jesus on Christmas day.
