David Joseph Arlofski, 85, passed away on October 13, 2023, in Ogden, Utah. He was born June 2, 1938, to Joseph and Isabella Bushnell Arlofski in Bristol, Connecticut.
Joseph attended Weber State University and was a member of the Catholic Church, and his religious activities were Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Knights of Columbus, and collecting food for the needy at St Anne’s Shelter.  
He married Mary Lena on September 10, 1960, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ogden. They spent 63 years making memories together. David was an illustrator for the United States Air Force and Army. His business and civic activities included real estate, art studio and welding shop. He enjoyed art, sculpture, woodworking, masonry, board games and welding.
David is very loved by all his family. He is survived by his wife Mary Lena; sons Mathew (Holly) and children Candice, Victoria and Jacquelyn; and Mark (Jessica) and children Isaiah, Owen, and Kayla; sisters Judy Johnson, Sandie (Guy) Diaz and Mary (Tom) Stagon; nieces and nephews Paige, Brooke, Brandi, CarrieAnn, Jessica and many other loved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Isabella Arlofski and brother William Arlofski.
A special thanks to all those at the George E. Wahlen Veterans Home for their care and services. For all the medical personnel who have helped him throughout his life.
A funeral Mass was celebrated on October 19, 2023 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Ogden. Interment followed at Evergreen Memorial Park, Ogden. Services entrusted to Myers Mortuary.
