Our beloved father, son and brother, Dennis L. Montoya, passed away on September 9, 2025. He was born on April 27, 1971 in Salt Lake City to Caroline Montoya and Augustine Juarez.

He is survived by his parents; sons Christian and Tony; brother Oscar Juarez (Sonja); three nephews, Dillon, Jaden and Xander; uncle Dennis Montoya (Natalie); Cindy Martinez (Barney); Rose Ann Montoya; Mary Lopez (Pancho); Linda Caro (Alex); Ralph Juarez; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his son, Augustine Montoya; grandparents; and uncles, aunts and cousins.

Dennis was known for his DJing as DJ Leemont for 35 years for family and friends. Dennis will be dearly missed.

A funeral Mass was celebrated on September 18, 2025 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Salt Lake City.
