Parishes and missions throughout the Diocese of Salt Lake City will celebrate Christmas Masses at various times. Following is a sample.

Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City: Christmas Carol Service with the Cathedral Choir at 4 p.m. on Dec. 24; Vigil Mass on Dec. 24 at 6 p.m. in English; Midnight Mass, bilingual, with the Cathedral Choir and Orchestra; Dec. 25 at 8 and 10 a.m., noon with the Cathedral Choir and Orchestra; 3 p.m. in Spanish with the Cathedral Spanish Choir; Vespers and Benediction at 5 p.m. with the Cathedral Choir

Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9800 South 1700 East, Sandy: Vigil Mass on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m.; Midnight Mass; Dec. 25 at 8:30 and 11:30 a.m.

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 670 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City: Vigil Masses on Dec. 24 at 4:30 and 9 p.m.; Dec. 25 at 10 a.m.

Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, 1975 South 2300 East, Salt Lake City: Vigil Masses on Dec. 24 at 4 p.m. is the Family Mass with the Children’s Choir, 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.; Dec. 25 at 9 a.m. in English and 11 a.m. in Polish.

Saint Catherine of Siena/Newman Center, 170 University St., Salt Lake City: Vigil Mass on Dec. 24 at 5 p.m. with the Christmas pageant; caroling at 11:30 p.m. followed by Midnight Mass; Dec. 25 at 10:30 a.m.

Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 65 East 500 North, Orem: Vigil Masses on Dec. 24 at 5 p.m. in English and 7 p.m. in Spanish; the Midnight Mass at midnight is bilingual; Dec. 25 Mass at 10 a.m. is bilingual

Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns: Vigil Masses on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m., bilingual English/Spanish; Dec. 25, noon, bilingual English/Spanish

Saint Laurence Mission, 5 South 100 West, Heber: Vigil Mass on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m. bilingual English/Spanish; Dec. 25 at 11:15 a.m.

Saint Olaf Catholic Church, 1800 S. Orchard Dr., Bountiful: Vigil Masses on Dec. 24 at 5:30 p.m. for the Children’s Mass, and 11 p.m.; Dec. 25 at 9 and 11:30 a.m. The Filipino Mass will be celebrated at 4 p.m.

Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 1040 West 400 South, Salt Lake City: Vigil Masses on Dec. 24 at 5 and 11 p.m.; Dec. 25 at 11 a.m.
