Diocesan Lenten Retreat is March 22

Dominican Father Gabriel Mosher will present the 2025 Diocesan Lenten Retreat in English. The theme will be “Prayer, A Hopeful Relationship.”

Fr. Mosher has been pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Newman Center in Salt Lake City since 2022. He entered the Dominican order in 2007 and, as a brother, was assigned to St. Catherine’s for a year in 2011. After returning to his studies, he was ordained a priest in 2015. For seven years prior to his most recent assignment in Salt Lake City, Fr. Mosher was the parochial vicar at the Holy Rosary Parish in Portland, Ore.

The retreat is scheduled for Saturday, March 22. The English session will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Spanish session will be from 9 a.m. to noon.

Father Marco Tulio Lopez, pastor of St. Bridget Parish in Milford and its associated missions, will present the retreat in Spanish.
