Dominican Novices Visit Utah

Seven novices in the Western Dominican Province visited Utah the week of July 13 on a tour of the various Dominican ministries in their province, which encompasses Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. In Utah, Dominican priests minister at the Saint Catherine of Siena Newman Center in Salt Lake City and the Skaggs Catholic Center in Draper. Five of the novices are from various places in the United States; two are from Canada. They all are preparing to take their first vows on Aug. 30.
