The week leading up to Easter break, the Juan Diego Catholic High School drama students were busy competing and hosting the regional drama competition. The team qualified for the state competition, which will be held April 21-22 in Cedar City.

The week leading up to Easter break, the Juan Diego Catholic High School drama students were busy competing and hosting the regional drama competition. The team qualified for the state competition, which will be held April 21-22 in Cedar City. In the regional drama competition, JDCHS students took the following awards: 3rd Place – Sweepstakes; 3rd Place – One Act/“Squirrel Girl Goes to College;” Best Supporting Comedic Actor – Saxton McKnight, “Squirrel Girl Goes to College;” 1st Place  – Classical Scene, Elise Baker, Matt Chiazzrse and Kaz Swick; 1st Place – Dramatic Monologue, Elizabeth Cruz.
