SALT LAKE CITY — Emily Boyer Kladis, passed away peacefully at midnight May 18, 2011. Born Sept. 3, to Helen and John Boyer in Salt Lake City. She Emily married Jerry Kladis in April 1953 at the Sacred Heart Catholic church, Salt Lake City. Kladis was a devout member of the Roman Catholic Church. She was a woman of great hospitality, and treated everyone like royalty at her home. Kladis is survived by her husband, Jerry, and numerous nieces, nephews, great- and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; Phil Boyer, Virginia Zaelit, Fred Boyer, Joe Boyer, Mary Kalikakis, and Richard Boyer. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St Ann Catholic Church.
