Frances Ausick

TOOELE — Frances (Francy) Adelina DeMichele Ausick, 93, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and godmother, died peacefully May 14, 2011 at Cottage Glen in Tooele.

Ausick was born on Feb. 17, 1918 in East Ely, Nev., moved to Tooele at an early age and spent the remainder of her life there.

Ausick was an active member of Saint Marguerite’s Parish for over 60 years. She taught religion classes, was a member of Children of Mary, sang with the choir, and worked tirelessly on many parish fund raisers. She was a member of the Ladies Guild for over 40 years and helped with many dinners and breakfasts. She was also a member of the Altar Society for many years and was named St. Marguerite’s Woman of the Year.

Ausick is survived by her son Paul (Diana), grandchildren Laura, Grace and Jack and her son Rick (Barbara) and grandchildren Christina and Tony. She is preceded in death by her husband Marty; sisters Jennie DelPapa, Ester Willard and brother Angelo DeMichele. Funeral services were celebrated at St Marguerite’s Catholic Church.
