On March 20, the Utah Knights of Columbus held their 2022 state free throw championships. Winners were Girls Age 9: first place, Lauren Hildebrand; second place, Maro Franco; third place, Abigail Johnson; Girls Age 10: first place, Presely Lahue; second place, Christina Mercier; Girls Age 11: first place, Sofia Clark; second place, Olivia Ari Bravo; Girls Age 12: first place, Charlotte Ross; second place, Sawyer Taylor; third place, Bella Hubbell; Girls Age 13: first place, Britta Mercier; Girls Age 14: first place, Madison Yeager; second place, Peyten Bowers; Boys Age 9: first place, Christian Doan; second place, Jett Taylor; third place, Cooper Armijo; Boys Age 10: first place, Ross Devir; second place, Xavier Bravo; third place, Lucas  Shackelford; fourth place, Kai A. Fischer; Boys Age 11: first place, Drew Johnson; second place, Simon Rohling; third place, Jack Ruth; fourth place, Dylan Reeves; Boys Age 12: first place, Everett Agiesta; second place, Connor Hoisington; third place, Joseph Oppedisano; fourth place, Rylan Hanson; Boys Age 13: first place, Jack Weyher; second place, Zach Otoupal; Boys Age 14: first place, Avery Jones. Madison Yeager was the top-scoring girl with 15 free throw shots; Jack Weyher was the top-scoring boy with 23 free throw shots.
