SALT LAKE CITY — Helen Martinez, 52, died April 18, 2012. Martinez was born April 13, 1960 in Salt Lake City to Clara and Jake Martinez. Martinez was preceded in death by her mother and sister-in-law, Michelle Martinez. Martinez is survived by her father; son Patrick (Amy); one grandson; sister Veronica (Floyd); brothers Victor and Lee (Janet), brothers-in-law Mark Abbott and Robert Upwall; five nieces and one nephew. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Patrick Catholic Church.
