Two Juan Diego Catholic High School student artists will have their work publicly displayed, one at a museum and the other in a traveling exhibit. Simone Nicolodemos’ piece “A Bug’s Life” is featured in the 51st Annual Utah All-State High School Art Show which runs through March 24 at the Springville Museum of Art. In the She Started It - Better Days annual student art contest, Camelia Dias’s piece “The Mother of the School,’’ a portrait of Peri Flanagan, was selected as a Judge’s Choice Winner. It will be displayed during a student event at the Utah State Capitol on Feb. 22 and also be part of a traveling exhibition this summer.
