Isabelle M. Lupus

OREM — Isabelle M. Lupus, 91, died Feb. 23. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Orem.

Lupus was born Jan. 25, 1916, in Salt Lake City to Tony and Katina George. She married Alfred Lupus Sept. 28, 1935. He preceded her in death. She did not work outside the home; her children were her life. She served at the Orem Friendship Center for more than 25 years with her husband. She was honored in 2004 as a senior survivor.

She is survived by her daughters, LaWana (Patrick) Clinton, Sharon (Mike) Foley, Loveland, Colo., Kathy (Brent) Reynolds; sons, Alfred "Stormy" (Carol) Lupus, and Gregory Lupus; Liz Lupus Matson; two sisters, Gloria and Jessie; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Interment was in Orem City Cemetery.
