J. E. Cosgriff Memorial presents distinguished graduate NCEA award

Mary Lane Grisley (right), principal of J. E. Cosgriff Memorial School, presents Tom and Mary Schubach McCarthey with the Distinguished Graduate Award from NCEA (National Catholic Education Association). Tom and Mary are graduates of Cosgriff School. The award was given to the McCarthey family. Tom’s siblings Phil, Maureen, Sarah, and Shawn were also honored but were not able to attend the ceremony. The award is given for outstanding personal and professional achievements, and highlights people who, as adults, put into practice the values and ideals they learned in their elementary Catholic school education.
