SALT LAKE CITY — Judy A. Salazar, 67, died Aug. 20, at home from respiratory failure. Salazar was born Oct. 22, 1940, in Panguitch, to James Adams and Lola LeFevere. She loved her family and put them first in her life. She loved God and prayed daily thanking him for every day she spent with us. She enjoyed camping, boating, fishing, waterskiing, traveling, and golfing. She also had a passion for oil painting. She worked for the County and State Governments for many years. She is survived by her husband, Paul D. Salazar; mother, Lola; stepfather, Douglas Thiede; daughters, Julie Herrera Gallegos; Lisa Kelly Gallegos; stepson, Michael (Darnell) Salazar; sister, Janice (Ted) Romo; grandchildren, James (Rochelle) Herrera, Adam (Stephanie) Herrera, Chelsey Herrera, Lacee Kelly, Dominic Kelly, Jacob Kelly Trujillo, Cassandra Kelly, Max Kelly, Blair Kelly, and her great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
