Holy Week:

Saint Paul Mission, Hurricane:

Palm Sunday, Mass at 10 AM. Blessing of the Palms.

Holy Thursday, April 5, we will have the Mass of the Lord’s Last Supper and the Washing of the Feet at 6 p.m. Transfer of the Blessed Sacrament to the Altar of Repose.

Good Friday, April 6, no Mass permitted today. At 3 p.m. we will have the Passion of the Lord, Adoration of the Holy Cross, and Holy Communion.

Holy Saturday, April 7, Vigil Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord at 5 p.m.

Easter Sunday, April 8, Mass at 10 a.m.

Fish Frys:

Holy Family Parish — The Knights of Columbus of Council 14399 in South Ogden will prepare and serve a Fish Supper on each of the six Fridays of Lent. Dinner will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the parish social hall, 1100 East 5550 South, Ogden. All are welcome. Donations are appreciated. Stations of the Cross will follow at 7 p.m.

Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Parish — will host a fish fry every Friday at 5 p.m. in the parish hall, followed by Stations of the Cross at 6 p.m. in English and 7 p.m. in Spanish in the main church.

ETC:

Living Stations of the Cross — Good Friday (April 6) with a rosary in English and Spanish, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Parish. The event will begin and end in the parish parking lot, 624 W. Lennox St. in Midvale, with a procession through downtown Midvale.

Friday soup — Saint Catherine of Siena-Newman Center, 170 University St., will offer soup and stations every Friday at 6 p.m.

Ukrainian Catholics of the Eastern Rite — Easter Divine Liturgy on April 8 at 12:30 p.m. in the Saint Jude Maronite Catholic Church, 4893 S. Wasatch St., Murray. Following the Divine Liturgy, there will be Easter baskets blessing and traditional Ukrainian food in the church hall.

Retreats:

Young Adult Lenten Retreat — March 31, meet at 9 a.m and return at 5 p.m. at the Newman Center. The Dominicans will host a Lenten Retreat for students and young adults in Park City. Registration is $25 per person and will include breakfast and lunch. Contact Paul Wizniuk to sign-up.
