SALT LAKE CITY — Madelyne Neville, 55, died June 24, of cancer. Neville was born May 1, 1951, in Salt Lake City to Jeff and Marlyn O’Leary. She graduated from the University of Utah in 1976, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She began her career with the State of Utah in employment management, and worked her way to employment specialist manager for Job Service. She set her career aside in 1990 to raise her children. Neville was an avid naturalist and reader, and her knowledge of government, religion, and her stands on society were a huge inspiration to all of us. She is survived by her husband, John; mother Marlyn; daughter Rebecca; sons, Aaron, J.J., and Jefferson; brothers, Bryan and Daniel; sister Kathleen; and four grandchildren. A funeral Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Salt Lake City. Committal was in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
