April 4, 1943 ~ June 28, 2025
Mary Frances Schuyler, known to her loved ones and friends as Tooky, 82, passed away on June 28, 2025 in Koblenz, Germany while on a river cruise enroute to a family reunion in Norway.   Born on April 4, 1943 to Dr. Herbert Zachareus and Juliet Litman Lund in Cleveland, Ohio.  She dedicated her life to her family, her faith, and her career, embodying the virtues of selflessness, compassion and hard work.
Tooky grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and Greensboro, North Carolina. She earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Vermont in 1965. She came to Utah in 1973 and worked as a medical technologist at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden for 35 years. Her commitment to her faith was evident in her active participation at Saint Florence Catholic Mission in Huntsville. She was a long-serving member of the St. Joseph Parish RCIA team, helping to bring the uninitiated into the Catholic Church.  She was also a lay ecclesial minister, which led her to a much deeper understanding and commitment to her faith.
Unconditional love was her strength, and giving to others was her exceptional gift. If you knew Tooky, you were lucky enough to feel loved by her. She was kind to everyone and offered help in any way she could.
