SALT LAKE CITY — Michael R. Salaz, 49, passed March 11, 2012.

Salaz was born Aug. 19, 1962 to Anselmo and Darlene Martinez Salaz in Salt Lake City.

Salaz is survived by her father; sister Dana; two nieces, and three nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, brother Wayne and numerous other family members.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Patrick Catholic Church.
