SALT LAKE CITY — Mocoy Keith Velarde, passed away on May 29, 2012.

Velarde, was born on Nov. 18, 2011 to Tiffany Allen and Eric Velarde.

Velarde is survived by his parents; grandparents Scott and Robyn Yocom and Larry R. and Doreen Velarde; numerous aunts and uncles, great-grandparents, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Alexander Atkin, great-grandfather Keith Yocom, and great-grandfather, Medardo Velarde.

A funeral Mass was celebrated at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church.
